Decoupled Days believes in an inclusive conference and speaker lineup. We particularly encourage members of underrepresented groups, such as women, people of color, LGBTQ, trans(*) and GNC folk, people living with disabilities, veterans, neuroatypical people, and economically disadvantaged people, to submit proposals.
Decoupled Days 2019 will be devoting at least 35% of all accepted sessions to speakers of underrepresented groups and 10% of all accepted sessions to first-time speakers.
